Nine states vote on lines different from 2024. The map draws those new lines, from the Census Bureau's 120th Congress file. Density in these states uses 2020 Census block counts inside the new lines, because older estimates describe the old shapes. Who holds the seat today was elected on the old lines.
All districts, New York first.
